Bethel Tours 4 U House Rules for Guests 

Heating of home:

We will leave the temperature at 71 Fahrenheit throughout 3 seasons of the year and will leave the temperature at 69 Fahrenheit during summer. Please do not touch the heating and cooling controls.

If you need to crack the windows open during the night, please close the windows when you leave in the morning. 

We do a walk-through each morning to make sure the windows are closed. 

The one exception to opening a window is the downstairs bathroom window because there is no vent. We leave this window open. Please do not open it more or close it.

Bedrooms:

We do NOT allow eating and drinking in the bedrooms. We’ve had too many spills and broken glassware. (Plastic water bottles are allowed in the bedrooms.) Please respect this. 

Please do NOT use washcloths, hand towels or body towels to remove makeup. Please use makeup remover clothes. We’ve had to replace many towels due to makeup stains and hair dye stains. Please remember NOT to throw away the makeup removal towels in the toilet. Please throw them in the garbage can in the bathrooms or bedrooms. We are on a Septic System. 

Kitchen:

Please feel free to use the kitchen, relax in the living and family rooms. If you have any spills, please let us know right away so we can use the proper cleaning solution to clean it up. 

In the pantry room, baskets are assigned to your room number to use for dry foods you would prefer not to share with other guests.

There is a water dispenser in the kitchen you are welcome to use. 

Please purchase bottled water at the store when wanting to take water with you on the road. We have limited time to refill the water dispenser and we want that waste to be available to the guests while at the house.

WIFI:

Wifi network and password are posted on the chalkboards in the kitchen and entryway.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

We have a Quiet Time. Our guests sleep at different times. Some go to bed earlier and some get up earlier. Please be respectful and do NOT gather and associate during quiet times. The Hours are Mon-Sun 7 days a week from 10pm to 7am.
